Yashwant Sinha slams Jaitley for his ‘Job applicant at 80’ taunt!

New Delhi: The senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party Yashwant Sinha and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley’s verbal fight against each other is still on. Earlier, Jaitley insulted Sinha by saying that he is searching for job at the age of 80. While slamming Jaitley for his insulting remark, Sinha stated: “Jaitley is unaware about me that is the reason why he gave such a funny remark against me.”

While talking to the media today, Yashwant Sinha went on to say: “All those who are accusing me of searching for job at the age of 80, do not know the fact that I being an IAS officer left my job 12 years ago. In 1989, the then Prime Minister VP Singh also offered me the post of minister while in 2014 I backed out from the elections. So, all those who have insulted me for being a job applicant at 80 have given a very funny remark.”

He further went on to say: “I am a politically connected individual and many people have often visited my home to ask for job not only for government job but they also have requested for private job as well. This gross situation is prevalent only because of unemployment in the country and Jaitley is unaware about the ground level situation because people from his parliamentary area have never visited him.”
