Yogendra Yadav, Prashant Bhushan launches new political party Swaraj India

New Delhi: On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday, former Aam Admi Party (AAP) leaders Yogendra Yadav today launched his own political party ‘Swaraj India’.

Yogendra has announced his close aid Ajit Jha as the General Secretary of the newly formed party, during the press conference in New Delhi.

Another associate of him from the AAP, Fahim Khan will work as treasure of the ‘Swaraj India’.

Senior Supreme Court lawyer Prashant Bhushan, Ajit Jha and Anand Kumar had left out (AAP) convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in March last year.

Yadav then launched Swaraj Abhiyan, which worked at the grass-roots level but had so far stayed away from electoral politics.
